• No Pets Allowed: A ₱3,000 fine will be charged if a pet is found inside the penthouse.
• Parking: ₱200 per night (paid to the building/admin). Parking is first-come, first-served and is not always guaranteed.
• Cleanliness: A ₱200 fine will be charged if there is vomit or other stains inside the penthouse.
• Cooking: A gas charge of ₱100-₱200 per day applies if you wish to cook.
